I completely agree with your post! There’s absolutely no point in starving yourself or going to bed hungry, I have always found eating 3 well balanced meals a day the best for mentality and fitness/health. I would love to see some healthy recipe posts, keep us updated.

Doing Slimming World has helped me with being much cleaner too!
Clean eating is rather discredited now, with people who are giving advice about it proven not to have any relevant qualifications, so please be careful. I wish I could remember where the article about it is, but it was something that came out this week.
Don’t worry, I’ve done my research and my version of clean eating involves watching what I put in my body in a healthy manner (e.g. Making sure my meals are balanced with carbs, fats, protein etc.) instead of focusing on calories and eating next to nothing. I’m eating to be healthy instead of eating to lose weight, which I tried to explain in my post
